Under the agreement, the MCI shall conduct selection of scholars based on MCI criteria; allocate slots to the USEP for the implementation of the applicable MCI Scholarship; pay the accounts of the grantees for tuition, food and lodging expenses, and miscellaneous fees upon enrollment of MCI scholars per semester; and monitor, assess and evaluate the administration and implementation of the program. While, USEP shall implement applicable MCI Scholarship as indicated in the approved policies and guidelines; brief the grantees, with the MCI coordinators about the regulations of the MCI Scholarship Program; submit to MCI the statement of accounts indicating the tuition and miscellaneous fees of each grantee; and report to MCI on the status of the scholarship program every semester.
